Terzo appuntamento riguardante l’azienda agricola Maranella impegnata oggi nella ranghinatura Fieno di primo taglio, la fase successiva allo spargimento fieno che avete visto nel video di ieri.
Il fieno dunque è secco, e pronto per essere ranghinato per prepararlo alla pressatura che vedrete nel prossimo video.
Anche stavolta come nello scorso video verrà usata un accoppiata tutta John Deere e Kuhn, il trattore quindi lo conoscete.
Per quanto riguarda invece il ranghinatore stiamo parlando di un Kuhn GA 6501, un ranghinatore a due rotori con scarico centrale dell’andana.
Ogni rotore è provvisto di 10 bracci con 3 forche su ogni braccio, con l’andana centrale che può diventare larga fino a 2 metri, se il ranghinatore lo si allarga tutto.
La sua larghezza totale di lavoro è di 6,40.
Ogni rotore è provvisto di un carrello a 3 ruote di cui le 2 frontali pivottanti.
Questo ranghinatore ha bisogno di una potenza minima necessaria di 40 cv.
Come vi accorgerete nel video, questo ranghinatore svolge un lavoro egregio con uno scarico dell’andana in modo proprio perfetto, incanalando il fieno in modo perfettamente allineato, senza neanche tralasciare nessun residuo di fieno a terra.
I ranghinatori Kuhn sono un capolavoro, un giusto compromesso di qualità, affidabilità, durabilità, e performance di lavoro.

As for the rake, we are talking about a Kuhn GA 6501, a two-rotor rake with central swath discharge.
Each rotor is equipped with 10 arms with 3 forks on each arm, with the central swath that can become wide up to 2 meters, if the rake is widened all the way.
Its total working width is 6.40.
Each rotor is equipped with a 3-wheel trolley, 2 of which are pivoting at the front.
This rake needs a minimum required power of 40 hp.
As you will notice in the video, this rake does an excellent job with a very perfect swath unloading, channeling the hay in a perfectly aligned way, without even leaving any hay residue on the ground.
