濃厚な豚骨ラーメンを再び味わう！京都府木津川市『無鉄砲総本店』にお邪魔しました！『無鉄砲』といえば濃厚ドロドロ系の豚骨ラーメンが看板で、豚骨好きなら知らない人はいないほど豚骨ラーメンファンを魅了しているお店です！ルーツは宮崎の『風来軒』( https://youtu.be/6Mwrfm8MmUc ) 。こちらで無鉄砲の店主が修行されて京都に「無鉄砲」をオープン。当初は九州由来の濃厚な味が受け入れられなかったそうですが、妥協せず自分が美味いと信じた味を貫いた結果今の繁盛店となったそうです。ファンが魅了されるそのパンチと深みの共存する味わいは、ただ脂っこいだけじゃない、旨みのある繊細な一杯に仕上がっています！初めて食べて以来の訪問、その濃厚豚骨ラーメンを動画で一緒に楽しんでください！
